More possibilities and precision through CO2 laser technology
Share
A lot has happened in the world of laser technology in recent years, and diode lasers are becoming increasingly accessible. This means that many people can now try out laser technology, which is exciting in principle. But this is precisely where it becomes clear how important it is to rely on the right technology to achieve consistently high-quality and precise results. I started working with laser technology over eight years ago – back then in a FabLab in Hanover, where I gained my first experience. In 2020, I acquired my own CO2 laser to be able to implement my creative ideas flexibly and with the highest quality.
The power of the right technology
Especially with acrylic, processing is crucial: My CO2 laser produces razor-sharp cuts and engravings with shiny, clean edges – a result that requires no post-processing. I also have major advantages when developing new designs: I can implement my drafts immediately and tweak them directly if something doesn't fit perfectly the first time. Because every acrylic reacts differently to heat, it's precisely this flexibility that enables perfect results.
Why technology matters
The technology behind my jewelry not only enables more precise results, but also faster and more efficient execution. This means I can respond more quickly to customer requests and deliver high-quality products in less time. Whether it's intricate details, clean engravings, or polished edges – the CO2 laser gives me the freedom to bring out the best in every design.
